I'm sitting at work today, my brain is waiting for me at home. I have officially checked out. Unfortunately for me, I have to work tomorrow too.
I also have my review tomorrow.I am not happy about that at all.
Oh well.
I just want to wish you all a very Merry Christmas, and if you don't celebrate Christmas I hope you get the day off and enjoy your time off! :)

Weekend Recap...

So this weekend was nice b/c I didn't have to worry about homework. That is such a great feeling. It is also great to look at my grades and see that I got 100% on my final for my financial management class and a final grade of an A. And in my other class I got an AB (the school I go to doesn't do A- or B+...but at least this way I can say I got an A b/c there is an A in the grade ;)).
So yeah that was nice!
Thursday night I went to see my sister and Ben. He is getting big and is really starting to focus on things and he is so freaking cute! I love him.
Friday we went out with some friends to dinner and then drove around and looked at Christmas lights. I got yelled at on Lake Street (if any of you are from MN, you know that Lake is not a great neighborhood). This girl was hanging out the back window of a car screaming at me and called me a "broke ass bitch" all b/c we had honked at them b/c they were in the middle of two lanes and we wanted to get around them in the left lane. Not a good move I guess. I was a little worried a gun was going to come out, and I am not exaggerating! So if anyone know what it means to be a broke ass bitch I would like to know...
Saturday we ran errands and then went to the hubby's Christmas party for work. It was fun. A couple of the girls got REALLY drunk and I thought it was a bit tacky but whatever. I don't have to look those people in the eye on Monday morning so I guess that is their problem!
Sunday I slept in b/c we didn't get to bed til after 2 and then I drug my ass to the gym. Then I went home, wrapped presents and made some cookies. They are delish. I guess eating them after going to the gym kind of defeats the purpose but whatever..
So yeah...that was my weekend. Nothing too exciting.
I am off to the mat pilates class at the gym!
I cant wait for Thursday and Friday! Yay! I love Christmas time!

How many piercings did you have? 2 in each ear lobe and one in my cartilage. Also my tongue. So 6.
What did you drive? 1999 Chevy Cavalier. I loved that car, it was fun to drive. But I didn’t take very good care of it so it was broken a lot :)

So because I am a super big slacker tonight and I skipped class (shhhh don’t tell D!) and D (the hubs) is in Green Bay for the evening on a business trip I thought I would FINALLY put some wedding pictures up. I know, I am only 5 months late on this but better late than never, right? :)

Getting Ready...

Ok, these are out of order and I cant get them to move...boo. Oh well!

This one is the first time my mom saw me...she made me cry the two times I cried all day.

Here goes nothing...

So I felt that I needed to write something, anything, otherwise I will lose the 13 followers I do have and I don't want that! I dont have enough of you to spare even one. :)
So I thought I would just highlight some random crap going on.

-I am taking two classes this "session" at school. (St. Marys Bachelor Completion Program is the bomb, yes I just said that. Each semester is split into sessions, so classes are only 7 weeks long.) Its hard. Im not gonna lie. I want to cry most Sunday nights knowing that I will be spending 9 hours at work both Monday and Tuesday, and then going to class for 3-4 hours. The one good thing is that we usually get out early. They are supposed to go from 5-9:30, we are usually out by 8:30 both nights.

-I went and saw my sister and my nephew last Friday. He is a little over two weeks old now. He is the cutest baby ever. I know I am biased. But come on...

He loves me I swear, he just has so many different facial expressions. He likes to furrow his brows :)

-I am totally getting into the Christmas spirit. I've got my Pandora Christmas stations playing today! Love it! I cant wait to decorate. If you had a fake tree it might be up already, but we get real so we don't have it yet.

-I want a baby. BAD. Its ridiculous. But I know with school and stuff we have to wait. I also know I have said this before. Its all I think about. The weird thing is up until I was about 20 I hated kids, and never wanted any. On a somewhat related note...I also had never changed a diaper until last Friday. I changed Ben, he tried to pee on me. I still love him! :)

-This weekend I am hosting girls night. I am SO excited. There is a group of about 7 of us from high school that get together about once a month. They are truly the greatest friends. One of them is 29 weeks pregnant with her second child and somehow (read:her college friends who threw it are bitchy) we didn't get invited to the baby shower for her first so we are throwing her a surprise shower for #2. It should be lots of fun :)

I need help!!!

I know there aren't a lot of people who read my blog, but I need some help from those that do!
My husband is turning 30 in April and I want to take him some place fun but I don't know where. I was thinking New York City, but he has been there before and it would be fun to go somewhere new to both of us.
Does anyone have any suggestions?? Places to go and also hotel suggestions. I don't care if its warm or cold (we are from MN, nothing scares us!)....

My nephew!

My sister had her baby on Friday (10/30). She ended up having a c-section b/c he wouldn't drop and she wasn't dilating. It turned out that his cord was wrapped around his neck twice, so it was a good thing they did the c-section probably!
I know I am biased, but he could be the cutest baby ever. Im just sayin....Im totally in love with this little guy!!


Here is Jill, Im sure she would love that this picture is on the internet...but I think she looks pretty darn good for having a c-section less than 24 hrs before this was taken!
I so wanted to hold him all day but there were other people there....So I went back on Sunday and held him for over an hour!
He is so expressive with his face...he moves his eyebrows up and down all the time, squints his little eyes, and moves his mouth all the time. So cute!!
My grandma, his great grandma! She told me I needed to get going on babies b/c I am not getting any younger....I wasn't sure what to say to that. She also told me to have girls b/c she has all grand-daughters but only one great grand-daughter and 6 great grandsons. Ill work on it Gram! :)

Me and Ben, I am already spoiling him! I bought him like 5 new outfits on Friday to take up to the hospital! And I bought him two onesies in Vegas too, one says iPood and the other says Chick Magnet both with Las Vegas, NV on them.


This is the first time I saw him. He looked so peaceful and soooooo cute!! I picked him up and he didn't even fuss..
This was on Sunday. I couldn't stop staring at him. It makes me want one so bad. I will be waiting a year or so, but until I have one of my own this little guy will be spoiled rotten!!!!
